Appointments

Call (503) 466-9800 and talk with our receptionist Kerry. She will set up your first visit and get your insurance information to be able to let you know what your co-pay or co-insurance will be.

We do not necessarily need a prescription from a physician, but many times we want to ensure good communication between all professionals involved in your care.

Our first available appointment is at 7:00 am in the morning and our last appointment is at 6:15 pm in the evening.
